Casita Brisa is a self contained studio suite and is just steps away from the beach. It is a compact but very functional unit that is ideal for either short or long term stays. Casita Brisa has a kitchenette with under counter size fridge, microwave and all dishes and utensils to make cooking easy. Guests can also utilize the large outdoor cooking area. Casita Brisa is equipped with a security safes to give guests peace of mind. It has a comfy queen size bed and a reading chair that converts to a cot to sleep one more. A dining set completes the room for comfort. Enjoy the view of the beach and ocean as you relax in bed or as you dine in your room or out on the large covered patio. The kitchen window looks out to a small outdoor garden and sitting area. Wireless internet is available to keep you connected to home. Purified water is supplied and the completely tiled bathroom has hot and cold water.
$75. US per night $450. US per week
The rate above is based on 2 adults. Children 12 and under stay free in same unit. Additional person(s) $10. US each per night.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit to confirm your stay is required. In Canada this can be completed by e transfer or Paypal. From other regions in the world only Paypal is accepted. A credit card is accepted via Paypal. A minimum $100. US booking fee is charged on cancellations. There is no refund of deposit for cancellations made within 45 days prior to your arrival.
For family gatherings or groups of friends requiring more than 3 units, we have access to more rental units right next door to Celeste Vida. Email us for more information.
